The purpose of this 2-day Zazendo Retreat at the Rosewell Centre is to help
you develop insight to harmonise your daily life, leading to inner peace.
You will learn to
create tools for coping with the mechanisms of habit and addiction which can cause
unnecessary disharmony.
Beginners are welcome. You need no experience of any kind of meditation. There are no pre-requisities and no preparation is
necessary.

Please bring loose comfortable clothing to wear during meditation and a light
blanket. You will sleep in your
meditation-space and meditate in your sleeping-space.
Sufficient nourishment will be provided to sustain you through the weekend.
The inclusive course fee for the whole weekend is £57 which you may pay on

ZAZENDO RETREAT PROGRAMME
Saturday
Morning 9-9.30 am Arrive, space allocation, settle in.
10 am Introduction to Mu
Shin by Kris Deva North, Master of the Zen School, followed by Seated Meditation
Instruction and Practice: Zazen/Seiza.
12 noon Eating Meditation Instruction and Practice.
Afternoon:
Instruction in working with Difficulties, Desires and Aversions.
Zazen Practice.
Instruction and Practice in Walking Meditation: Strolling through Life supremely at Leisure.
Evening:
Question and Answer Meditation: Satsang.
Zazen, Walking Practice.
Instruction in working with the Zen Policeman.
Night: Instruction and Practice in Reclining Meditation.
