I became interested inworking with energy (Chi/Prana) during Tai Chi classes in Zimbabwe, nearly 10 years ago. I was also learning Yoga at the time. Then I found the Zen School of Shiatsu and decided to learn the art of gentle healing - Zen Shiatsu. Now I'm aqualified practitioner and happy to be one of the tutors at the Zen School of Shiatsu (0700 078 1195).

I also teach Integral Yoga - after training with the British Wheel of Yoga. Other therapies I practise are Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology,Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang - a Taoist Chi Massage that detoxifies and rejuvenates the internal organs - and Cosmic Healing (Chi Gong Colour Therapy.)
